- For all our International customers, you will be able to lodge your return through our new portal.
- Unfortunately, we're unable to issue a paid label at this time so please take your return into your local post office, and ship this back to the address provided. Please ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number/information so you can track its journey.
- High value items with the security ribbon either damaged or detached will not be eligible for return.
- Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.
